Once you select a room, you sign a Purchase Agreement and a Management Agreement. You pay the purchase price as agreed, either all at once or spread out over incremental monthly payments. Then, all you need to do is sit back and watch the money flow into your bank account every month.

Our hotels are listed on hundreds of travel and booking channels, including all the major ones like Expedia, Hotels.com, Orbitz, Priceline, Kayak, and more. We also work with hundreds of travel agencies and tour companies to keep our rooms filled to capacity.
Every month, we calculate all the money earned through nightly bookings of each type of room in the hotel and split it 50/50 with the investors. We keep 50% of the nightly bookings revenue to cover all the expenses of operating the hotel and distribute the other 50% to the hotel room investors according to each investor’s fair share of ownership among all the same type of rooms in the hotel.
For example, say you own a Deluxe Suite in one of our hotels and there are ten Deluxe Suites in the hotel. Every month we distribute 50% of the money made from all the Deluxe Suites in the hotel among the investors who own Deluxe Suites. So, you would receive 10% of the money being distributed because you own 1 of the 10 Deluxe Suites.
Just to be clear, we split the nightly bookings revenue 50/50 with all the hotel room investors. This means if we book a room for $200 per night, we keep $100 and we send the other $100 to the investors. We cover 100% of all operating costs of the hotel from our portion. This includes advertising, payroll, cleanings, linens, materials, supplies, insurance, security, utilities, maintenance, damages, upgrades, and more. We literally cover EVERYTHING from our share. As an investor, you have ZERO out-of-pocket expenses the entire time you own the hotel room. We even budget for periodic upgrades and improvements from our share of the revenue, so you ALWAYS own a hotel room that is fresh, modern, and in perfect condition.

HOW IS MY INVESTMENT SECURED?
We have been building and operating hotels and vacation rental properties successfully from 2013 through today. When you invest with us, the actual real estate represented by your hotel room is registered fully in your name. This is not some “time-share” or “lease-hold” concept, this is freehold real estate. Your property is registered at the government land office fully in your ownership, meaning you own it outright.
Because your property is part of a luxury hotel, there are certain rules that apply, but the real estate belongs solely to you. You are free to sell it any time you want, and it is fully transferrable to any heirs of your estate. You are entirely secured in your investment and you have full control over how and when you divest of it.
We are your business partner in the hotel. You own one or more hotel rooms, or even part of a room. Your real estate is fully registered in your outright ownership. We own the common areas in our outright ownership, such as the reception, restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, event spaces, spas, swimming pools, and other facilities.
Over the years, we have acquired tens of millions of dollars of valuable hotel real estate in our outright ownership. We generate HUGE yearly profits for ourselves and our investor partners. And we have ZERO debt. We do not even have a company credit card. We are 100% solvent and 100% debt-free.
