Investing in hotel rooms is extremely profitable, and we made sure the process is super easy. All you need to do is use the form below to send us your contact details. One of our friendly team members will reach out to you and show you which of our hotels currently have rooms available for sale. You can buy an entire room, or even a share of a room. We have investments available for any budget.
Once you select a room, you sign a Purchase Agreement and a Management Agreement. You pay the purchase price as agreed, either all at once or spread out over incremental monthly payments. Then, all you need to do is sit back and watch the money flow into your bank account every month.

Our hotels are listed on hundreds of travel and booking channels, including all the major ones like Expedia, Hotels.com, Orbitz, Priceline, Kayak, and more. We also work with hundreds of travel agencies and tour companies to keep our rooms filled to capacity.
Every month, we calculate all the money earned through nightly bookings of each type of room in the hotel and split it 50/50 with the investors. We keep 50% of the nightly bookings revenue to cover all the expenses of operating the hotel and distribute the other 50% to the hotel room investors according to each investor's fair share of ownership among all the same type of rooms in the hotel.
For example, say you own a Deluxe Suite in one of our hotels and there are ten Deluxe Suites in the hotel. Every month we distribute 50% of the money made from all the Deluxe Suites in the hotel among the investors who own Deluxe Suites. So, you would receive 10% of the money being distributed because you own 1 of the 10 Deluxe Suites.
Just to be clear, we split the nightly bookings revenue 50/50 with all the hotel room investors. This means if we book a room for $200 per night, we keep $100 and we send the other $100 to the investors. We cover 100% of all operating costs of the hotel from our portion. This includes advertising, payroll, cleanings, linens, materials, supplies, insurance, security, utilities, maintenance, damages, upgrades, and more. We literally cover EVERYTHING from our share. As an investor, you have ZERO out-of-pocket expenses the entire time you own the hotel room. We even budget for periodic upgrades and improvements from our share of the revenue, so you ALWAYS own a hotel room that is fresh, modern, and in perfect condition.
