There is not one single actual corporate brand operating in Batumi, and not one single brand hotel will EVER put their guests in an apartment or "apartment hotel" unit in the building. Ever. Period.

Do Your Homework

If there is a brand hotel in your building, BE CAREFUL! They are your COMPETITION, not your friend!

Many people are buying apartments in Batumi thinking that some international hotel brand will be managing their unit. This is 100% false!
